D.I.Y flagpole. (One finger salute)
« on: June 13, 2016, 10:33:15 pm »
Thought I'd show off my home made flagpole. It gets a lot of attention. And other kayakers really get a kick out of it.
Its made from an old work vest. A broken fishing rod and a keychain I had since I was a kid.

The work vest is really brite and reflective. The keychain is a little hand placed on the very top. It's there to give speedboats the one fingered salute. As they fly by doing 50mph. And I can still keep both hands on my paddle.
Catching fish and snapping pics.

Another good one. The fishing rods/unused tent poles great inexpensive ideas. And now have 360 led lights that are inexpensive to make your own. Huge money out there for yak flag/light combos.
