I haven't been uploading fish to KW because of a dispute but I have been keeping an eye on what guys have been catching(nice salmon down east btw). While I was perusing photos I noticed that they finally created a Canadian section for records. Figured I would let you guys know in case no one else had noticed yet. There are some really nice fish on there, going to be tough to beat some of those records.

Good on you for posting your KW record fish Ravyak.

People can have all types of goals with regards to KW,
but catching PB's , new species and record fish is probably everyone's goal.  :)

I am not commenting on anything except the size. I do believe that all fish under 36" required a measuring board in the picture at the start of the tournament. Obviously something was changed during the year and not communicated... I could be wrong.

Nice 14" yellow perch Rich !
I've seen 5 of my previous records fall this year and have been in
a rut lately. Guess I wont be breaking any sauger, crappie or sm records this year.
Been skunked for 3 of my last 4 outings and even
payed $56 to fish a rainbow lake and didn't catch one !
Think it's been tough for everyone lately with cooler and windier
conditions than normal. This week looks windy too,  the wait to
attempt Quinte wallski is gonna be trying, eh Jeremy ?
Come on Transplant, you just need a couple fish to break 100 fish,
goodluck buddy and goodluck to all for
the rest of the season.  :)

I'm hoping to get out 3 - 4 more times this year, on the weekends for sturgeon mainly but possibly a striper.    All depends on the weather.   This past weekend there was no chance of getting the kayak in the water.

Caught on a Deep Reef Runner, lol

Drove 2 hours each way last Thursday to fish Lake Huron out of Port Sanilac, only to get skunked.

Spent 8 hours on the water Sunday to participate in the Muskie Challenge ($80 entry) where it was 30deg when we launched with 18 to 25 mph on shore winds to start the day, only to get skunked.

Hoping to get out tomorrow mid day to continue the quest for a fat fall 50"er, but the weather forecast has the wind kicking up that might make it difficult.

Planning a few days in Grand Rapids (3 hours each way) to target River Steelhead this month.  I am good for about 50% of trips to Grand Rapids in last 4 years.

It wouldn't be fishing if we caught fish every time we went out.

Brent if it was a little closer I would join you for those Quinte Giants

I have been skunked the last 2 trips here too, fall weather must have turned the fish bite off. Sturgeon bite had been getting better with the cooler weather so might have to give that another try, just about ready to put the boat away for the winter now as our lakes are starting to freeze over now.

This year there has a plentiful amount of fish caught, the weather has been so so again with most of the summer cooler than normal. This fall we've had most of the days nice during the week but wind has been the big issue like last year stirring up our main fishing spots. And the tail end like most of Ontario looks to be windy and below normal on the weekends. Brent i hope you get out and catch some good size walleye, considering this is your hot time. As for me id like to find some Lake Erie bass ,perch and walleye in slow mode. However nobody i know goes out at this time of year(boaters),and u really need to find out where the schools are so your not wasting your time. And my fishing buddy Dan just needs a few more points to get himself into the top 20 goldman points . That would make 3 canucks . A big suggestion i have for next year is an west/central/east coast teams to even things out point wise, and more species thrown into the mix this way across Canada
