LMAO I sure hope so....Most our lakes are still iced over in NB and the rivers are still at flood level. Luckly a few lakes opened up this week and with some nicer weather like shooter said we should all be getting out real soon. I am off to Maine all next week so hoping to add a few KW pts down there ;)

Out for halibut today with no luck but did manage one cabezon--enough for fish and chips tomorrow night! Somehow managed to push the wrong button twice and registered in on kayak wars twice! ::) I sent them an email so hopefully they can make it right.

nice fish t2!

I also did an ohps on my entry today. I was eating a feed of yellow perch while making my entry....and put down a 12.5" brook trout as a 12.5" yellow perch. I guess next time i'll have to do the entry and then eat lol! correction already requested. homebrew and I landed a bunch of yellow perch, closest to points was .5" to short, with eagle claw marks...! Craig and I were on the brookies for as while this afternoon.

if you are waiting for the system to respond when making an entry, unlike a lot of other sites you can not hit it again to hurray it up - it puts in another entry again.
whoever has the most fishing gear when they die wins!

Continuing the topic on proper post guys. I finally got an insurance from the kayak war staff . That prizes being shipped out right away from last years contest. I believe pressure from sponsors has helped move along the product. Not much of an excuse other han the stuff has been sitting here for months. Lol

A nice boundary 100 mile buffer would be perfect for everyone on borders or there division area because of closeness of another division. For all groups. This way if guys like us or anyone else travels far away they cant be used . Would work great. Still waiting for the canadian record division.

I could live with bordering states water bodies because it covers the Great Lakes Regions.   Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

I started participating on Kayak Wars before there was a Canadian Division and it was open to all waters in North America.  No one cared.  Not sure why it is an issue.

If I don't like it I will join an American team again where they can fish Canadian water and no one cares.

The canadian content not a problem , like if a buffr zone was in effect it wiuld work. My us states fish inland at a lake wouldnt count. That wouldn't be a problem to myself if changed.

It's "Fresh Water North America " for KW .  :)

Sure the species list is North American, but I'm competing in the Canadian freshwater portion along with my team. So can I recruit some Texans next year and win the canadian side of things??
Not difficult to understand I'd think.
