Longliner for Deep Water Trolling

I have purchased this product for my Sleeping Bear Dunes trip in a couple weeks fishing for chinook.  It will allow me a longer leader with less pull than most divers including my fishseeker that I use now.  The Fishseeker is fine until you get deeper than 25'. Once activated the device slips down to the lure, allowing for easier netting of the fish.

My question is, has anybody used or tried this yet and about what weights will I need to troll at 2 mph to keep a 45 to 60 deg angle.  Here are some links;
